During the initial consultation he quickly diagnosed the problem and clearly explained what needed to be done to put it right, going into detail and answering all of my questions. On the day of the surgery he was very calming prior to the surgery and he visited afterwards to explain what had happened and gave me additional advice. Due to his skill, the recovery period was very quick and I had very minimal discomfort or pain.
