I found Dr Mistry at a very low point after 3 years of battling with my mental health. Dr Mistry was thorough and took the time to explain everything to me. He provided me with more information on 90 minutes than I had received over 3 years of fighting for help from the GPs. He might seem like an expensive investment however it is worth every penny to make such progress in such a short space of time. I also was so impressed of how confident he was that he could help. Without the need to schedule me in for weeks of appointments and bringing the costs into the thousands. He talked through his treatment plan and how he could help me whilst working alongside the NHS and therapists. He gave me a huge array of material to use for learning and support, nearly all of it free resources without any bias towards him. I am really grateful that during such an awful time, where I was starting to feel there was no more hope. Dr Mistry was able to provide me with some new options and support. A real life line. Hopefully I can update my review in the future with even more good news. Thank you.

Dr. Abdelghani has been instrumental in diagnosing and treating my ADHD. He has always taken time to explain everything clearly and answer any questions I have and I highly recommend him.

Dr Sarkhel is the most helpful and amazing professional i’ve ever been lucky to meet. From the moment I met him, he was kind and friendly and made me feel instantly comfortable. He hasn’t settled with me feeling just “okay” and is genuinely wanting me to feel the best I possibly can so is constantly trying new medication doses and treatments on me (which have all been successful). I’ve never before had a doctor that is genuinely advocating for me and wants the best for me as much as Dr. Sarkhel!

Dr Roxburgh had gone over all the notes from our previous meeting (which was quite some time ago) This meant that we did not need to re-explain anything, we just carried on from where we left off. Her explanations were thorough and easy to understand. She also asked frequently if we understood and if we had any questions.

Dr Mistry was kind and professional. I felt listened to, and he was clear about his reasonings for his treatment suggestions.

Marc is easy to talk to, and knows when to let the patient unburden themselves versus when to step in with some advice. He is also good at knowing when to be forgiving versus when to apply some ‘tough love.’ In my experience, therapy is not always easy but it shouldn’t be unpleasant, and Marc does a good job of ensuring that it is a worthwhile and even enjoyable endeavour.
