I am delighted to have this opportunity to express my respect and appreciation for Dr. Ute von Lerse and her extraordinary professional abilities as a first class clinician. She has been instrumental in my being able return from a deep and dark place into which I plunged four years ago. She has been my inspiration and my salvation as we worked so hard together on the most demanding, yet most satisfying, journey of my long life. Her sagacity and understanding has enabled me to not only regain myself but also to grow as a person and achieve a normality and an enjoyment and understanding of life which I had never considered possible.. Juandri was extremely warm and empathetic and I found it very easy to open up to her about difficult situations in my past. She made me feel comfortable instantly and I felt that I clicked with her from the start. She really had a way at digging deeper into my behaviours and past in a way that I didn't know someone could. I really credit her for helping me process my past in a way that didn't feel overwhelming.

I’ve had therapy for a long time before visiting Liz, and it’s never really equipped me to effectively deal with OCD. The therapy that Liz has provided, however, has been completely transformative. She is patient, well articulated, insightful, and so knowledgeable when it comes to OCD; I’ve seen such a marked improvement to my every day life and I’m so so grateful. Thank you Liz!

Experienced and kind

Matina is very good at giving me ways that reframe my thinking to help get me out of my anxiety funks. Additionally she is very compassionate. Sometimes, therapists can be quite dry l and that makes it difficult to be open about the issues we deal with. I find that her compassionate manner makes me feel ok to be open and honest and not feel foolish for feeling the way I do. Overall I am feeling more equipped at handling anxieties

Dr Annique was brilliant. She let me get out what I wanted to say and promopted me to think about what I was feeling in relation to what I was saying. I found her to be extremely personable and easy to talk to. She also guided my recovery by suggesting breathing techniques and mindfulness practices, all of which I will continue to practice. My experience with her was a great and I can't thank her enough for her time.
