Great experience but ran late

An outstanding service! The administrative team arranged for my first consultation within 24 hours of my first contacting them. I then had the spinal injection within a week of first seeing Mr Aylott.

I did not use the hospital as such but the rooms where I saw Dr George were clean and welcoming.

One small delay otherwise the operation was timely and the staff very good

It was as expected, but I didn't find the reception desk staff friendly which was slightly off putting.
