I saw Dr James Rakshi following post viral Covid symptoms which had a neurological impact. After the initial consultation and following an MRI scan Dr Rakshi was able to explain the diagnosis with ease and break it down without complexity. I felt at ease with his down to earth bedside manner. Highly recommended.

So very kind and gentle when you are in pain it is so comforting to have such an understanding medical person treating you so well. No rush just given time to explain your needs and give you an answer and plan of treatment.

I could not recommend Mr Mokawem enough after the treatment and care he has given me for my scoliosis. Every appointment we had, we are always approached with a reassuring and calm manner, and feeling fully informed on our possible options. We were meant to go ahead with surgery, yet after the Multi-Disciplinary Meeting took place, we were told that in my current position, they should not operate until further investigation had taken place. This just shows how incredible this team is, willing to postpone the surgery as something was not quite adding up. However, after thorough investigation, the surgery went ahead. He always left me choice throughout this process, listing all of the benefits and drawbacks of each stage. I was operated on at the RNOH, and almost every day, Mr Mokawem would come and see me. On around day 3, he came in and asked me if I wanted to stand and go for a short walk. I didn’t as this was one of the days I felt the most sore, but after some time chatting with him, he reassured me and supported me to push myself. I could not be more grateful for Mr Mokawem and his team’s care, and would highly recommend him to anyone! He has been hugely reassuring both to me and my parents.

Dr Bhattacharjee is an extremely knowledgeable competent professional. He is very caring and easy to talk to. He gave me time to explain my problem asking structured questions and giving clear explanations. A super Doctor

Absolutely amazing Doctor and surgeon, made my daughter feel so at ease and no question was silly. I had a concern which was address so efficiently after surgery and I was reassured everything was normal and a follow up appointment was made sooner than planned to check up on the healing which went beautifully. Basically, in two appointments Mr Ramsey was absolutely exceptional understanding my situation / needs and frustrations where he kindly provided me a few options in order to find the best route for me. He was not rushing, taking time to explain every single step as well as the analysis on the MRI - very useful. In short words, extremely happy with his approach and knowledge. Well done!

Excellent doctor. Although impossible to get an appointment with him at QSPCR. I resorted to phoning the Cleveland Clinic!

I was very disappointed. While I appreciate that I hae no basis on which to make a judgement of Mr Seel's clinical skill, I found his interaction with me cursory. He seemed disinterested in my experience and I await with interest what happens when we meet and he has the findings of the clinical tests to discuss with me.
