Dr Sadek is, without a doubt, one of a kind. I had been involved in a terrifying car accident and had seen 2 physicians. I was told both times that my injury wasn't as severe as I'd have thought - despite the constant pain I was going through everyday. I had nearly given up but decided I was going to try one more time, and thankfully, Dr Sadek was the Consultant that was gifted to me. For the first time in 2 whole years, I felt I had finally had my concerns taken seriously. Dr Sadek listened intently to everything I had to say, gave me validation and talked me through what would need to be done to get to the source of the problem. As a result, my MRI came back and showed signs of a Spine Root Impingement, something that had been completely missed for 2 (TWO) years. The road to recovery has been, unfortunately, long - without Dr Sadek, it may have take a lifetime. I am forever thankful to Dr Sadek for having actually taken my concerns seriously and for having faith in me as his patient, as I had for him as my Doctor. A year on from my diagnosis, I am thankfully recovering and well on my way to being fighting fit - and I owe 99% of it to Dr Sadek for his incredible patience and determination to get to the root cause of my issue Dr Sadek, you have my eternal gratitude. For over two years I was tormented by Pulsatile Tinnitus. The noise was so loud it affected every part of my life. Along with the noise, I had constant headaches & dizzy spells. I was unable to sleep & depression was taking over. I was told time & time again. “Its Tinnitus, nothing can be done!” It felt completely hopeless. The surgery & work Dr Makalanda is doing, really is life changing, for so many people. After CT scans it was clear I had a blockage, in what I called my brain vein! Or Intercranial Venous Sinus. Yay, finally a diagnosis! When I met Dr Makalanda he gave me hope. Yes there were risks involved with surgery, but any surgery has risks, right? This surgery needs to be more widely available & GP’s educated that not all Tinnitus is the same! Dr Makalanda is a wonderful doctor, kind, caring & super clever! He explained the complicated surgery to me & throughout I felt in the safest hands. I will be forever grateful to him, for giving me my life. Silence now, really is golden.

I received outstanding care from the surgeon. Over a year, they provided me with expert advice on whether surgery was necessary. Following several physiotherapy programmes, I underwent a successful fusion of one of my cervical discs. Throughout the process, I always felt confident in the care of the surgeon.

Mr Sayal is an excellent communicator and takes the time and trouble not only to explain the medical condition clearly but to set out options and likely outcomes to enable the patient to make an informed decision. He is both professional and caring.

Dr. Yeh is is very patient person and tried his best to explain to me what my problem was and what would be the best solution for me. Everything was very clear after my second visit. He was also very professional in terms of what tests need to be done to identify the real problem causing my backpain. After seeing the results, referred me to a very good specialist for physical therapy. He is following up with me on a regular basis to make sure that I am getting better and my treatment goes well.
