Mr Sayal is an excellent communicator and takes the time and trouble not only to explain the medical condition clearly but to set out options and likely outcomes to enable the patient to make an informed decision. He is both professional and caring.

Mr Abouharb was friendly and he explained my condition to me in a down to earth way. His bedside manner was warm and he explained the condition so well I actually didn’t need to ask any of the questions from my list that I had for him. I am really happy with my consultation with Mr Abouharb and I’m ready to move on with life totally reassured that I am well and healthy.

Mr Vasan was fantastic start to finish. After our initial 20min call, I completely understood my condition and the options available. I was booked in for the operation quickly and at a hospital that was convenient for me and my cover. On the day of the surgery, Mr Vasan came for a full 30min to explain the procedure, recovery and answer any questions I had. He also came by after I woke up to check everything was ok and to answer any further questions. He also recommend a local physio who is superb too. The follow up 2 weeks later was very thorough and he was genuinely pleased with my recovery. From the initial call I could tell that Mr Vasan was an expert in his field, genuinely cared and wanted to help, and explained things super clearly. I knew that I would be in very safe hands, and wouldn’t want anyone else to perform the operation. I cant thank Mr Vasan enough for stopping my pain and making my life better and no longer restricted again
