Within 48 hrs I visited Mr. Aylott at his office in Cheltenham , was given an MRI scan , given a specific diagnosis of my problem and discussed and agreed the best treatment . During my initial consultation Mr Aylott was very patient in discussing my medical history and also in the manner in which he explained my diagnosis and treatment plan .This approach enabled me to feel I was on the road to improve my quality of life . Due to the pain I was experiencing I conveyed just how desperate I was to have the recommended procedure as quickly as possible . Mr Aylotts’ office contacted me several times within hours of leaving the office and managed to secure me a surgery place within 48 hrs at the Uk Spine Centre in Harley St. London. Upon arrival at the clinic in London I was made to feel extremely welcome and as comfortable as possible . Everyone from the person on the reception desk , up to and including Mr. Aylott displayed a very caring attitude . I was quickly but thoroughly processed and during a talk with Mr Aylott made to feel very reassured. My procedure seemed to be over very quickly and I was then taken care of until Mr Aylotts’ team were sure I was fit to be discharged. That same night I managed to relax in an armchair and get a full nights sleep , the first for weeks ! My recovery has since continued at a similar pace and 6 weeks later my back feels better than it has for years . Since my procedure Mr. Aylott has tracked my progress and supplied me with a detailed physiotherapy plan . He has also provided me with tips of “ do’s & dont’s” to help preserve my back in future . From initial consultation Mr Aylott and the UK Spine Centre have given me the very best health care I have ever received. The service is thorough, very prompt and as devoted to after care as they were with my diagnosis and treatment. In addition to providing outstanding service I was provided with completely transparent pricing . I am extremely grateful to Mr Aylott and his team .

Mr Chamma was friendly and respectful. He gave me a very detailed and clear explanation of my medical situation as well as the different treatment paths that I can now choose from. I couldn't have hoped for a more informative consultation.

Dr. Chitnavis is truly the doctor's hands you want to place yourself into. I have never experienced a doctor with such an attentive nature, kind, professional, warm, detail oriented, and thorough doctor. He was incredibly re-assuring, and had the bedside manner that was above and beyond. He should be teaching a course in this as the gold standard. I'm incredibly thankful for his care, and continued due diligence.

Dr. Yeh is is very patient person and tried his best to explain to me what my problem was and what would be the best solution for me. Everything was very clear after my second visit. He was also very professional in terms of what tests need to be done to identify the real problem causing my backpain. After seeing the results, referred me to a very good specialist for physical therapy. He is following up with me on a regular basis to make sure that I am getting better and my treatment goes well. I found that my consultation with Mr Bajekal was very brief and short. I felt that we found that time spent overall was not given enough to fully explain my issues and with the MRI and Xray was not fully shown and explanation for his conclusion that was made within the minutes spent with us . we had booked for my back issues but he also look at my hip issues which we had not requested. This has led us to be very confused as under NHS, I was in the process of having my hip replacement. Although issue of my Diabetes was made but my controls over period of five year, I had not only reduced with weight loss and reductions with my medications this was not even checked. We did not feel that we received value for the money spent with Mr Bajekal. Mr Bajekal was very professional but we did not worm to him or felt comfortable to ask for further questions or ask for any explanations.
