What a surgical profesional!!! His explanation before during and after was simply the best and his manner upon entering the theatre was warm and calming. You might have to get some airmails in to match this doctor!

Initial consultation & procedures were dealt with well & quite quick. However, I then had to chase for a follow up, as there was still no reason identified for my diagnosis. The secretary is difficult to get hold, often no replies to emails, so followed up through Spire secretaries. Eventually got a telephone appt, but didn't get called, was then told I should have gone in-person. Next appt cancelled at short notice. Re-schedule appt the Professor didn't turn up, was then told clinic was cancelled, but had no notification, so resulted in a wasted journey. Not sure if I can now be bothered with the hassle to follow up on my health issues!

Constantinos Kyriakides is highly qualified and experienced doctor who is able to easily solve even the most complex of problems which other Vascular and Endovascular Surgeons cannot. He is a very clever and polite person, always keeps a professional distance, incredibly attentive and considerate. He is a doctor who is not just making money but really cares about the health of his patients, loves his job and does it professionally and with pleasure. Mr Kyriakides successfully did two surgeries and several sclerotherapy sessions on me. One of the surgeries was very rare and difficult, so much so that other vascular surgeons weren't able to do this (And I had looked among the best surgeons of London). All sclerotherapy procedures were very easy and absolutely painless for me. An absolutely amazing surgeon who I have since recommended to a number of people. I had total faith in his skills and knew that I would be in safe hands and receive the best possible care. The aftercare has been outstanding - there were times when I would send an email on a Saturday evening not expecting a reply until the Monday and had an immediate response. Intrusive, bossy, short in his manner. Insisted on another in-person follow up. Felt entitled to criticize (my moderate) alcohol intake and put notes on this in my medical letter: I was there to check a hernia tear, not get a moralistic lecture. I urge Mr Wan to reconsider his position as a service provider and also work on his communication skills and bedside manner.
