From walking in and being greeted by the receptionist to waiting very briefly for the Dr everyone was friendly and efficient. The end was clean and tidy. Lovely

Dad received outstanding professional care from the Royal Free and Dr Chauhan. The human connectedness and care added made all the difference to his healing and wellbeing. The only downside was the lack of climate adaptedness of the building, with Dad's room often far too hot during the hot summer days. The lack of windows for staff concerns me. Overall, we are extremely grateful for the amazing standard of care that Dad received, thank you.

My experience at Pure Sports Medicine has been amazing! My physiotherapist, Natasha Kilian was phenomenal from my first visit, I can honestly say that she brought my body back to life. I never thought that I would be able to do the activities that I love after my injury, but I am back to loving life thanks to the work that she put in to get me here and I'm eternally grateful. The staff at the front desk are always cheerful and very helpful.

Professional and efficient

The hospital was clean, welcoming and had all the things you might need for a hospital stay. Staff were friendly, especially the lovely kitchen staff, and I had a pleasant experience there

Pure Sports Medicine have helped me get back on my feet (literally!)  Earlier in the year I sustained a stress fracture injury, which then caused some further issues with my foot and ankle. I was in so much pain and simple tasks such as walking and climbing the stairs were a struggle.  From the moment I first stepped through the doors of the clinic, I’ve been nothing short of impressed. It’s now been almost 3 months since I started my rehab at Pure Sports, and I'd like to give a big shoutout to my physio Anthony La and my exercise physiologist/S&C coach Finn Kenny, who have both been nothing short of incredible throughout my journey so far. They listen to me, encourage me, and have made my rehab as fun and exciting as can be. Not to forget the receptionists, who are also very efficient and friendly. Whilst I still have a way to go, I'm pleased to say that since working with Finn and Anthony, I'm the happiest and strongest I’ve felt in a very long time!🎉 Finn has also designed me an exercise programme to help me to manage another condition I have. I'm already starting to see amazing results after just a few months, and I’m now even training for a 10K charity cycle, which is something I thought was beyond possible! I’m excited to see what progress I will continue to make over the coming months. 🚴  I would not hesitate to recommend Pure Sports Medicine - a truly 5 star experience. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Clean and friendly staff

Overall fine, nothing special. Forcing people to check in on an iPad with a long form to fill in is a bit of a pain.
