I have been struggling with lower and mid back problems for a while and Ottie was able to help reduce the pain and improve my movement in just a few sessions. She initially provided some deep treatment into my back and gave me some good exercises to keep up the progress. I have seen her a fair few times now and each time I feel she has really listened to me and adapted the sessions to exactly what is needed! I have been seeing Matt for a number of years. No major issues but as I get older and still try to stay very active I find that a regular sports massage and dry needling helps to reduce the muscle stress and strains, keeps me moving well without pain and helps improve my flexibility and range of movement.
