I felt so cared for as soon as I arrived. Everything was explained to me before my surgery and I was reassured right up to I was put to sleep. When I came round after surgery I could not have felt more cared for , everyone was amazing and I was continually checked on through the night. Food was amazing too, all of the staff were polite , respectful and kind.

Highly competent and dedicated staff whom make you feel safe to discuss anything openly. Their expertise is a fantastic attribute to the team. I felt understood and able to explain everything without feeling rushed and dismissed⁰

I had an appointment booked for some Bloods at midday. I was maybe one or two minutes late but was still waiting at 12.20pm at which point i approached the desk to find that they were struggling to check my authorisation number despite me having emailed it to the booking administrator earlier, and despite sitting in the waiting room (so they could have asked me). When I finally went to see the nurse for the tests she didn’t a copy of the request form despite me having emailed it to the booking administrator the previous day. So a further delay whilst she went to ‘get the right tubes’. Please sort out the co-ordination between your departments

The facilities are excellent and well equipped and the attention is great. I would definitely recommend Cleveland Clinic London.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Wait time was only a few minutes.

An amazing team. From Val the PA all the way through to the surgeon, you knew you were in the best hands.

Everyone was very polite and helpful. I did have to wait a bit beyond my appointment time on all occasions but I think the consultants do get behind.
