Dr Gulati is a very nice doctor who is professional, cares for his patients and leaves no stone unturned to ensure that everything possible medically is done to find out what is wrong with someone, and what can be done to rectify any problems.

I was amazed at what a relief it was to hear genuine compassion from someone at my first appointment - while NHS treatment had been professional, it hadn't at any point been empathetic. I also had a very clear understanding of what the next steps were and the timelines involved, and at follow-up appointments I just had such a strong sense that he was fighting my corner. I would say my biggest challenge since the heart attack has been mentally reconciling with it, and my mood/attitude in respect to the rest of my life - and Dr Sen has been instrumental in dealing with that, to the extent that I am excited about the future now!

I was very comfortable in discussing the position with Dr De Silva. He was very clear in explaining procedures and the rationale for needing them. He was friendly, professional and thorough in his approach.

For over two years I was tormented by Pulsatile Tinnitus. The noise was so loud it affected every part of my life. Along with the noise, I had constant headaches & dizzy spells. I was unable to sleep & depression was taking over. I was told time & time again. “Its Tinnitus, nothing can be done!” It felt completely hopeless. The surgery & work Dr Makalanda is doing, really is life changing, for so many people. After CT scans it was clear I had a blockage, in what I called my brain vein! Or Intercranial Venous Sinus. Yay, finally a diagnosis! When I met Dr Makalanda he gave me hope. Yes there were risks involved with surgery, but any surgery has risks, right? This surgery needs to be more widely available & GP’s educated that not all Tinnitus is the same! Dr Makalanda is a wonderful doctor, kind, caring & super clever! He explained the complicated surgery to me & throughout I felt in the safest hands. I will be forever grateful to him, for giving me my life. Silence now, really is golden.

Nung was incredibly reassuring and knowledgeable. The thing that struck me most was how willing she was to sit and explain things to me so that I can understand it, writing notes and then sharing them with Mr afterwards. The next steps are incredibly clear to me. My appointment with Miss Nung was gave me the most clarity and help out of any appointments I've had with a medical professional before.

I left my first consultation feeling all my questions hd been discussed and answers given in a way that was reassuring. I felt that Dr Ruparelia had my best interests at the centre of the plan he outlined and I feel really confident with the procedures to follow

clearly explained situation.

I think he is best Doc , very friendly , honest and did his best in understanding and diagnosing the best treatment for whom he treats. I had awesome experience in terms of patient care and diagnosis , Thx Dr Sujay C Hari

Dr Neil Rane was excellent, he was detailed, empathetic as he knew how anxious I was and made the experience as calm and as comfortable as possible for me. He was attentive, knowledgeable and clear in every aspect of my care and would highly recommend him.
