Dr Connibear is very easy to talk to and discuss the treatment protocol. He explained the procedure very well and clearly articulated the process together with any potential side effects there ensuring I was making an informed decision. He kept me up to date at all times. Kasia went above and beyond to help us understand risks and benefits of what my relative needed. She took time to explain things well, answered emails quickly, expertly and very comprehensively, and made sure she could be present at key points in my relative's health journey, to reassure her.
