James is an extremely experienced and competent physiotherapist who came recommended through my knee surgeon. He is able to quickly diagnose the underlying problem and suggest the necessary exercises, which he records as mini videos and then shares through email (rather than some complex platform requiring multiple passwords!) He has a very friendly demeanor and i can honestly not recommend him enough. The only downside is that he is often booked well in advance.

I was first introduced to Gabs as an Osteopath by my former PT, as my existing Osteopath had moved outside of London. I found Gabs to be an excellent Osteopath, and so when he told me he also did Personal Training, I jumped at the chance to train with him. I now think having both osteopathy and PT with the same person is an amazing privilege. I love training with someone who understands the quirks of body. I feel that through a combination of training and therapies we are working to undo years of bad posture and bad technique… while still seeing visible physical results in my body. I can’t recommend Gabs enough.

I came to Gus with a calf injury which had stopped me running eight weeks out from a marathon. Gus diagnosed the issue, helped me strengthen the muscles to prevent it returning and gave me a training plan that got me back on track. He’s knowledgeable, practical and realistic. He understood I didn’t want a zero risk plan - but to get to the event and complete it (which I did with no pain and a time I’m delighted with). A pleasure to work with and I would absolutely recommend

Jacky helped me build a comprehensive workout plan, which got rid of my back stiffness and ache within 5 sessions. I have gone back to my regular exercise regime. Highly recommend Jacky!

I’ve been seeing Erin for about 8 months. She is a great physio and I’ve been making good progress. She uses a lot of tests so we can accurately see where improvements are made and what to work on. She clearly has a lot of experience and always has quick ideas of which exercises work best for my knee. She’s also super flexible and tailors my physio to all my travel. Overall - I highly recommend her!
