As a practitioner with a wealth of experience, Mary has approached my injury holistically and explained in simple terms what is happening in my body, helping to deepen my understanding and treatment plan of the issue. Her skills are made more powerful and effective through her active listening, empathy, and fantastic sense of humour during sessions, so that I have complete trust in her treatment and leave sessions feeling better in both body and mind. I could not recommend Mary highly enough and only wish I had been under her care sooner.

Quite simply Rakhee has given me back my life. I could not recommend Owen highly enough to anyone who is considering improving their posture or wanting to address back pain. I visiting Owen with lower back pain and wanting to improve my posture. He is professional, encouraging, and knowledgable. He designed a well-organised 8-week program that I have followed with great success, resulting in reduced back pain and improved posture. Owen provides clear instructions and demonstrations of each exercise and provides helpful feedback on my form in our sessions. Owen has progressed my exercises programme as the sessions have gone on and I have noticed a significant improvement compared to when I first started. He also provided exercises to complete outside of the sessions as well advice on how to improve posture in the workplace. Rehab sessions with Owen are enjoyable and he consistently provides a personal and friendly service.
