Mr Younis has been very open and honest with every detail prior to and after the surgery. He has been a angel who I feel has given my mum the chance to live longer with his work and friendly manner of dealing with her and myself on being understanding from emotional prospective to carrying out his duties as a surgeon. Extremely competent and friendly. I had to go for a colonoscopy and was a bit worried about the procedure, but from the first consultation, the actual procedure and the follow-up everything was just perfect - no pain at all and all very well explained. Very positive experience.

Contacted Miss Souvatzi to ask if she could take on my case before proceeding with a consultation. She assured me she can. Before I paid, she seemed rather engaged. However, following payment, she pretty much dropped off the case and lost interest. I constantly had to push for standard things, such as getting scans read. Disappointing service for a very sensitive matter. Better to go directly via NHS.
