The staff were friendly and professional.

The HCA UK at The Shard is a good location to get to. The facilities are excellent too. The hospital is very clean and all the staff at the Shard are very professional and polite. All my appointments there have been on time and I have always had a good experience.

The hospital is well presented with free tea/ coffee while waiting. The staff are kind and friendly and overall a great experience.

Quick and easy check in with reception. Was expected and forms to complete were ready as soon as I arrived. Receptionist was friendly and efficient. Comfortable waiting area.

My visit with Mr Patani this time was to get the results of my contrast mammogram. He gave me the results in a telephone consultation. He had time to discuss the results which I am delighted to say were excellent. In the past I have always seen him at the Breast Institute at Princess Grace and each time it has been a very positive experience.
