I saw Mr Selvadurai around 10 years ago with severe sinusitis and have recommended him to many friends and colleagues since. More recently, when my son developed ear problems, I was very keen to get him seen by Mr Selvadurai. Just as I recalled, he was again extremely kind and reassuring. I had a great experience with Professor Sandhu. I never felt rushed or unheard as he would always take the time to explain his opinion/findings, as well as the options available to me. He would also ensure any questions I had were answered in the appointment before any decision on next steps were made. We built trust very quickly considering when I first met with him I was quite nervous about my condition and what lay ahead. But he always reassured me and not by way of overpromising any particular outcome, which felt genuine and honest.
