After many years of experiencing hearing loss and seeing various professionals I finally met Mr Alam Hannan, who has been incredible. From the start he has been very kind, approachable and professional alongside being a clear specialist in his field and very knowledgeable. I had seen him for my Daughter and myself and he so seamlessly joined all our past findings, did his own examination and tests and has explained to us our future pathways and options. Each step of the way from consultation, to tests, diagnoses and treatment options have been thoroughly explained with plenty of time and patience for questions. I would not want to see anyone else. He is the gold standard for Doctors!

My experience with Mr Elhassan has been nothing but exceptional. Mr Elhassan listened to my concerns, investigated, referred me on to other specialists for input and exhausted every option before surgery; which I was thankful for. I was grateful for his approach regarding my care; I felt in control of my care with his expert opinion & guidance. The operation went smoothly and I’ve never felt better. Even post-op Mr Elhassan was available for any questions I had and any concerns I had was dealt with in a timely manner. Mr Elhassan communicated effectively and had a great bedside manner. I thank him immensely for helping me with my concerns and improving my quality of life.

Mr Jain was very professional and removed my sons tonsils and adenoids. Great before/during and after care. No infections or complications.

Mr Natt is extremely pleasant and made me feel very comfortable. He went through all my tests with me in detail and explained it so I understood everything he was saying. If I have further problems I will certainly go back to see Mr Natt and would certainly recommend him.

I was so lucky to meet Mr Awad for my procedure. I felt totally confident that I would successfully get through a quite difficult episode in my life. Mr Awad was always caring and kind and patiently answered all my questions: his explanations were completely borne out by how things progressed. The nursing/speech/nutrition team at Charing Cross Hospital were also excellent.

Dr Jonas has been excellent dealing with my child and their tonsil + adenoid removal. From consultation to surgery to post-op follow-up, I’ve been extremely impressed. He explains everything very well so both myself and my young child can understand. He’s very reassuring and has a calming presence. Will definitely recommend him to others.
