Mr Patel information was very clear regarding total knee replacement and the pros and cons of the surgery I would highly recommend him

I came to Dr Bownes for a second opinion on two MRIs of my knee. He did not provide a clear response to whether my ACL was damaged despite repeatedly asking him, and he did not seem worried my knee pain was left undiagnosed. I did not feel my concerns were heard during or after the meeting, or that he looked at the MRIs carefully, and he seemed to have made up his mind before looking at them. Dr. Bownes did not seem very interested in my case.

I was referred to him with acute pain on the top of my foot. Numerous visits to a GP and physiotherapist had failed to either diagnose the problem or provide relief. Mr Al-Maiyah listened to me; he examined my foot and immediately diagnosed the problem. I was swiftly treated with a cortisone injection which was expertly and accurately injected into the appropriate location. This is not a cure but the relief is very great. I have had nothing but first class expert treatment from this first rate consultant. Thank you.

There was not a long wait between the initial consultation and the operation. After The operation I was able to return home soon after relatively pain free . However when the painkiller wore off I had very bad pain but was able to get advice . quickly and took the appropriate painkiller. The end result was very successful

I can’t recommend Mr Trikha enough to anyone planning surgery for Torn cartilage in the knee joint including meniscal tear or any other surgery for that matter. I was apprehensive as this was my first ever surgery but he reassured me and thoroughly explained the procedure and outcome which made me feel at ease. It’s been two weeks now since my surgery and my knee feels amazing and I can’t thank Mr Trikha enough - you are a super star in my eyes.

After 4 years going from different physios and consultants, Mark Webb was like a beacon in the darkness (seriously, I was really starting to give up hope that someone could help me)! After being told that my pain was part of the ageing process, Mr Webb found the reason for my discomfort and quickly organised for the surgery to sort it out! 5 weeks on from the surgery, I am optimistic for a full recovery and can’t wait to start living an active lifestyle again!
