When I first visited Dr Andrich, I thought I had lost control of my life with a constant cycle of cystitis which was being treated with months of antibiotics - which I now realise was making the symptoms worse. At my first consultation, Dr Andrich gave an alternative and sustainable way of treating the condition together with a comprehensive medical explanation for the constant bouts I was experiencing. I was prescribed Uromune as a vaccine. What a lifeline - this vaccine has changed my life and I haven't had an infection since taking it. I am so relieved. I wasn't sure the impact would be so significant but I feel utter relief having broken a terrible cycle. Should I get another infection, I wouldn't hesitate to book another appointment. I am so grateful for Dr Andrich's support and help.

I have recently been under the care of Dr Arun Shanmuganandan at Shirley Oaks Hospital for haemorrhoids and bleeding, and I'm very happy with the entire process, especially the outcome. During the first consultation, Dr Shanmuganandan took the time to understand my issue and was empathetic towards my discomfort, explaining that a colonoscopy to explore the issue and exclude anything more serious was the natural next step. I had never done this procedure and Dr Shanmuganandan ran me through it answering all my questions. The colonoscopy went well, with only some discomfort and mild pain towards the end - when exploring behind a bowel curve - which was manageable and lasted very briefly. At our next visit, Dr Shanmuganandan reassured me that nothing was found (e.g., polyps, tumours, Crohn's disease, etc) except haemorrhoids, and he advised me that a THD procedure was our best option. I had many questions but all my concerns were addressed. He never pressured me into any particular course of action, providing advice based on his extensive knowledge and experience. On the day of the procedure, the staff at Shirley Oaks Hospital made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. They were professional and empathetic. Dr Shanmuganandan performed the procedure successfully and there were no complications. This was also confirmed during our post-operation visit around six weeks later, when Dr Shanmuganandan confirmed all was going well, indeed better than he was expecting for my particular case. Overall, my experience with Dr Shanmuganandan and the team at Shirley Oaks Hospital was exceptional. I highly recommend his and their services to anyone seeking compassionate and expert medical care.

The excellence, extraordinary level of skill and profound human qualities of Mr. Imber manifest for me from the moment that I first met him at his office following a terrifying 6-week diagnostic journey. Together with my wife and son, he took the time needed to carefully explain his assessment of my case and the forward treatment alternatives. We elected that I should undergo a complex surgery with a lengthy recovery time after he laid out the alternatives, the relative risks and his forward recommendation. The surgical procedure was executed flawlessly and his authentic care and concern in following up with me is deeply appreciated both by myself and my family - thank you!

Mr Chalabi was very clear as to what had to be done and how it would be done at my first interview. On the day of the appointment he again went through the issues before the operation. After waking up from the operation I 'came round' very quickly and within an hour I had walked around my bedroom without assistance or any one being with me. It is now Sunday evening, four full days since I got home after the operation. I have felt no pain in my 'wounds' and took a few pain-killers for the first 36 hours because my wife thought I should. I remember to hold myself when I sneeze or cough but otherwise have no symptons of having had an operation or a general anaesthetic apart from some bruising and bloating.
