I found the facility to be very welcoming, reception area light and airy. The staff with whom I engaged with were very helpful, informative and pleasant. I was regularly asked if I was ok and if I needed anything, from nurses, theatre assistants, kitchen staff etc.

Shuttle bus from the car park to the hospital was quick and no waiting time and the driver was friendly and helpful. The receptionist who dealt with me was pleasant friendly and professional.. The wait time for my appointment was minimal and my consultant was wonderful and totally put me at ease. I left feeling like a huge worry was off my shoulders.
