Requests were often ignored, delayed or actioned and I was not informed. This happened throughout the 4 weeks and ioften had to chase and i stilldont have someof the things i requested. Cleaning was poor and rushed, the cleaner was over stretched and not supported by the other staff and treated badly by the operations manger.

The aftercare sessions are wonderful. They give me the chance to take stock and check in with others who have been through similar experiences. I find their parallel to the process groups in lifeworks really helped me to feel comfortable from the first session despite it being on zoom and therefore feeling slightly different. Mark is amazing and does a really great job of intervening as and when is necessary or helpful and no more, meaning it feels like our space but is absolutely held by him as a safe one.

Booking was really easy with excellent administrative staff. Therapist was knowledgeable and demonstrated an excellent understanding of my problems.
