My experience here at runcorn has been ok. i do feel that ive had to chase after staff quite a lot to find out where im at with written work and other things too. i understand staff are busy but on many occasions ive been told i'll be seen and ive had to wait all day. The food has been good but i must say it really improved when Ethan was here and it was excellent.
