Able to explain all aspects of the diagnostic procedure in a way that gave it reason, purpose and confidence.

Good bedside manner. Obviously expert in his field of cardiac arrhythmia. He listened carefully then decided an ablation was needed. Fairly short wait before procedure was conducted very professionally. Advice then out patient appointment was made before next day discharge. Successful outcome.
