The hospital is generally OK. The toilet was filthy when I went.

Both the Cleveland Clinic in Portland Place and Grosvenor Place were brilliant! Again, all the staff were polite and caring and both clinics were spotlessly clean which gives you comfort. One thing that really sticks in my mind is after my procedure 16 days ago, I was sitting at the reception area waiting for a taxi and 2 members of staff came up to me and asked if I needed any assistance, which again, just makes you feel comfortable that you are in a caring environment, even away from the team that undertook the procedure.

Very fast Diagnosis from Biopsy through to Surgery. Well looked after in Day Care Clinic through to Surgery and 5 day Hospital stay across CCU and Ellis Ward and now currently Post Op checks and ongoing surveillance. All Doctors - Consultants, Surgeon’s, Radiologists, Nurses, Pre assessment personnel and other Team members were outstanding. Thank you.

It was good but as time went on became very busy

Very welcoming and tried to move things around to allow for a same day scan.

I would advise that a District nurse is booked to see the patient the next day and give catheter advice. I went to pass water a lot afterwards. perhaps I did too much Tell patients to do less

The procedure was carried out on the day and time booked with no hold ups.

The service was very friendly and efficient and I was seen at my appointment time.
