Very good initial consultation. Very attentive and informative on day of surgery. All went well and at follow up appointment was examined and all good so I was discharged.

I saw Mr Leo for a 2nd opinion for a long term condition that I was struggling to get help with via my NHS team. He was very approachable and understanding of my situation. I was impressed by his calm profesional manner. He provided clear explanations of medical issues and procedures in a way that was accessible to a layman. He took time to understand my concerns as a patient and to answer all my questions. He made the test data available to me so I had the opportunity to keep my own patient records. His personal assistant responded promptly to all my emails and managed the adminstrative matters competently and effectively. Initially I went to see Mr Arun Prasath Shanmuganandan when I discovered my hemorrhoids was not improving. Dr Arun was so professional and knowledgeable but above all he made me feel very comfortable. He was very calm and understanding. He took his time with the assessment and was very meticulous. The treatment he suggested was very effective and made a swift recovery. During the consultation he discovered there is a family history with bowel cancer and he strongly advised for a colonoscopy which my GP never picked on. Dr Arun was very proactive and got everything organized for me. The colonoscopy very smoothly and I did not felt anything, I guess this must be down to his experience and knowledge. Two polyps was removed send to the lab and Dr Arun gave me the all clear during the follow up. I felt very safe at all time in his care. I highly recommend Dr Arun, he is an expert in his field.
