The excellence, extraordinary level of skill and profound human qualities of Mr. Imber manifest for me from the moment that I first met him at his office following a terrifying 6-week diagnostic journey. Together with my wife and son, he took the time needed to carefully explain his assessment of my case and the forward treatment alternatives. We elected that I should undergo a complex surgery with a lengthy recovery time after he laid out the alternatives, the relative risks and his forward recommendation. The surgical procedure was executed flawlessly and his authentic care and concern in following up with me is deeply appreciated both by myself and my family - thank you!

Tev talked me through the procedure, its pluses and minuses, with a clear understanding of the sufferers state of mind, concerns and expectations. In terms of benefit: • I now have excellent bladder capacity • At each urination I empty my bladder completely • My bladder control is back to that of twenty years ago, especially with regard to “When & Where!” • Sexual urge and capability is maintained although as expected, ejaculation is retro (backwards into the bladder) which is not inconvenient and a small price to pay for the day to day advantages of having undergone HoLep.

Initially I went to see Mr Arun Prasath Shanmuganandan when I discovered my hemorrhoids was not improving. Dr Arun was so professional and knowledgeable but above all he made me feel very comfortable. He was very calm and understanding. He took his time with the assessment and was very meticulous. The treatment he suggested was very effective and made a swift recovery. During the consultation he discovered there is a family history with bowel cancer and he strongly advised for a colonoscopy which my GP never picked on. Dr Arun was very proactive and got everything organized for me. The colonoscopy very smoothly and I did not felt anything, I guess this must be down to his experience and knowledge. Two polyps was removed send to the lab and Dr Arun gave me the all clear during the follow up. I felt very safe at all time in his care. I highly recommend Dr Arun, he is an expert in his field.
