Mr Kazzaz was the 4th surgeon I had seen regarding my back issues, and therefore I had a hesitation about how this experience would differ from the previous 4 years of treatments. Mr Kazzaz was extremely patient, listened to my symptoms, experiences and interventions taken thus far. He explained the course of action he would take, how the potential outcomes would influence any next steps, and crucially, WHY. He is clearly a very skilled surgeon but his interpersonal skills match his surgical skills. The recovery process from my operation has been swift, as complication free as you could hope for, and the scars are extremely neat. I felt that he was invested in my quality of life both pre and post any surgical intervention and I am truly grateful for him giving me my mobility and my lease of life back.

Mr Griffiths is very pleasant. He listened to what I told him and the concerns I had. He asked probing questions and was thorough. I have confidence in him and would recommend him. I waited rather longer than i would have liked but that wasn’t Mr Griffith’s fault but rather the wait at X-ray.

From start to Finnish of this process Dr Jalgaonka and all of the medical staff were very professional and gave explanations on every possible eventuality, i could not of felt any more welcoming and made at ease through the entire time. very impressed is an understatement.

I had the pleasure of seeing JGC a few times following injuries to my shoulders from wrestling, including two dislocations to one side. I found his care, knowledge, support and advice to be very professional and helpful too, and would whole heartedly recommend him. Hoping to keep in touch but not in the same circumstances. Can’t rate Mr Davidson highly enough! I was referred to him by my GP due to osteoarthritis in both knees. X-rays had already confirmed this. On our first meeting, he X-rayed my hips and found the same problem. One total hip replacement and total replacement of both knees was therefore necessary. This was August. By March all three operations were completed. Before he started, we checked his statistics online. In a trade where practice really does make perfect, he had completed a greater than average number of procedures with less than average complications. This is no doubt due to his thoroughness and attention to detail which was mentioned by his registrars in post-op discussion as being above average. He instils confidence with his cheerful, friendly and humorous personality and a calmness which belies the stress that must accompany this job. My operations were all completed successfully and I am very pleased with the results. At 68 I had developed the gait of a 90-year old, but have been transformed by these ops into......a normal 68 year old (at least)! Many, many thanks.
