I was diagnosed with a small bilateral varicocele two years ago, and when the pain got worse earlier this year, I went to see Mr Alnajjar for a second opinion. Because it was bilateral, he referred me to a top radiologist for an abdominal ultrasound which identified a large abnormal growth on my kidney (and it turns out the varicocele is right-sided). He arranged for a follow-up CT scan and renogram within a few days, and referred me to a kidney surgeon for a nephrectomy. I will forever be grateful that he referred me for this ultrasound of my abdomen and not just my testes. I found him to be friendly and professional, and he calmly explained everything to me in a reassuring manner. I have no hesitation in recommending Mr Alnajjar.

He took time to understand my concerns as a patient and to answer all my questions. He made the test data available to me so I had the opportunity to keep my own patient records. His personal assistant responded promptly to all my emails and managed the adminstrative matters competently and effectively. He has that rare skill of making you feel like you are his only patient, while you have the comfort of knowing that you are not!
