Mr Wiseman was amazing. To arrive for a fertility appointment is always quite daunting, but he made us feel incredibly at ease. He was very warm and friendly, and made us feel respected, a part of the decision making process about what happens next in our treatment, and we came away feeling empowered and very well informed.
