Very pleased with my experience at the Blackheath Hospital as a Private Patient.

Very Professional, friendly and caring. I felt like and individual rather then another patient on the conveyor belt.

Dr Ash is courteous and takes the time to understand the full picture of my health before recommending treatment options. I am really pleased with the progress of my HRT and with Dr Ash's comprehensive approach and ongoing care. Her lovely team is also always on hand to answer any questions and provide further support as needed.

The HCA UK at The Shard is a good location to get to. The facilities are excellent too. The hospital is very clean and all the staff at the Shard are very professional and polite. All my appointments there have been on time and I have always had a good experience.

My visit with Mr Patani this time was to get the results of my contrast mammogram. He gave me the results in a telephone consultation. He had time to discuss the results which I am delighted to say were excellent. In the past I have always seen him at the Breast Institute at Princess Grace and each time it has been a very positive experience.

The clinic is a very pleasant place to visit, not only clean but full of plants and comfortable furniture. All staff are friendly and kind and Rebecca has been a fantastic guide and support while I begin my HRT journey :)
