I recently saw Mr Davis and he was wonderful. He was kind and put me at ease right away. The procedure was easy and he followed up with me by phone. His nurses were also fantastic. When I had a question, I got a prompt response which I really appreciated.

Mr Samouris has be excellent from the time of my pre-assessment to the my surgery date. He has been great in terms of explaining from the implants to the pre and after procedure.

I underwent a lower transcutaneous blepharoplasty with Mr David Gateley. Four weeks after my surgery I noticed lumps developing. Despite my concerns, Mr. Gateley gave various incorrect explanations. At 13 weeks, I was referred to an Oculoplastic Surgeon who promptly diagnosed suture granulomas, a well recognised complication. Treatment was not offered by Mr. Gateley, and while waiting for urgent NHS surgery, the left granuloma erupted, causing significant damage to the surrounding skin and leaving me with functional issues and a poor aesthetic outcome. The physical and psychological impact of this surgery has been life changing. I feel incredibly let down by Mr. Gateley.
