Within 48 hrs I visited Mr. Aylott at his office in Cheltenham , was given an MRI scan , given a specific diagnosis of my problem and discussed and agreed the best treatment . During my initial consultation Mr Aylott was very patient in discussing my medical history and also in the manner in which he explained my diagnosis and treatment plan .This approach enabled me to feel I was on the road to improve my quality of life . Due to the pain I was experiencing I conveyed just how desperate I was to have the recommended procedure as quickly as possible . Mr Aylotts’ office contacted me several times within hours of leaving the office and managed to secure me a surgery place within 48 hrs at the Uk Spine Centre in Harley St. London. Upon arrival at the clinic in London I was made to feel extremely welcome and as comfortable as possible . Everyone from the person on the reception desk , up to and including Mr. Aylott displayed a very caring attitude . I was quickly but thoroughly processed and during a talk with Mr Aylott made to feel very reassured. My procedure seemed to be over very quickly and I was then taken care of until Mr Aylotts’ team were sure I was fit to be discharged. That same night I managed to relax in an armchair and get a full nights sleep , the first for weeks ! My recovery has since continued at a similar pace and 6 weeks later my back feels better than it has for years . Since my procedure Mr. Aylott has tracked my progress and supplied me with a detailed physiotherapy plan . He has also provided me with tips of “ do’s & dont’s” to help preserve my back in future . From initial consultation Mr Aylott and the UK Spine Centre have given me the very best health care I have ever received. The service is thorough, very prompt and as devoted to after care as they were with my diagnosis and treatment. In addition to providing outstanding service I was provided with completely transparent pricing . I am extremely grateful to Mr Aylott and his team .
