I cannot rate our consultation with Mr Kapoor highly enough. I was given plenty of time to discuss the presenting problem, swift examination took place and I was then given a clear explanation of what had been found. Treatment options were discussed and a way ahead mutually agreed. This was all done along with a delightful sense of humour. I felt that I had been respected and had been treated as an intelligent person despite my advanced years. That isn’t always the case when in contact with some members of the medical profession! I left the appointment feeling very reassured. Thank you Mr Kapoor!
