From the moment I walked through the doors, I was met with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The staff at Wellington Hospital are truly outstanding. Each member of the team, from the receptionists to the medical professionals, demonstrated a level of kindness, professionalism, and expertise that is truly commendable. They took the time to answer all of my questions, ensuring I fully understood each step of the process and felt comfortable throughout my visit. The diagnostic tests were conducted with the utmost efficiency and precision. The technicians were not only highly skilled but also incredibly friendly, making what could have been a stressful experience much more manageable. They explained each test in detail, which helped alleviate any anxiety I had and ensured I knew what to expect. Moreover, the hospital itself is modern, clean, and well-equipped with the latest technology. The facilities are top-notch, reflecting the high standard of care that all hospitals under HCA UK are known for. The environment is both professional and comforting, which significantly contributes to the overall positive experience. I am incredibly grateful for the level of care I received at Wellington Hospital. The friendly and dedicated staff went above and beyond to make my visit as smooth and stress-free as possible. Staff were very professional and helpful

Genesiscare has an exceptional team from the moment you step into the room, feeling scared and uncertain. Lore, Ciara, Melissa, and the newest team member, Chanel (hopefully spelled correctly), immediately put you at ease with their warm and welcoming presence. They are truly a wonderful team. The clinical team, including Mimi, Assia, Shelley, Chelsea, Josiah, and Elma, are also the best of the best. They provide unwavering care for each patient under their watch, never faltering in their dedication. With the patience of saints, they are another wonderful team who truly represent the backbone and spirit of Genesiscare. If I have any recommendation at all, it would be the lavatory inside Genesis Care, should be designated for use by the clinical and admin staff and patients only, and not be accessible to engineers or builders in high visibility clothing. I had an unpleasant experience with the cleanliness level after I followed them in following my radiation treatment. Thank you team for caring

My experiences of OneWelbeck have been wholly positive. I have had several consultations, an MRI scan and surgery there and throughout it all I was welcomed by a friendly team who took time to explain things to me. Everyone that I have met there has been professional and friendly, and the whole experience made me feel in very safe hands.
