This may be because I couldn’t progress with treatment, physio until the knee had settled down a bit. I started physio yesterday which was with Mark at complete Physio. I was absolutely delighted with his thorough explanation of what exactly the injury meant In the way of rehabilitation as this was what was uppermost in my mind. I thought both Dr Tibrewal and Mark the Physio Reassuring and thorough so this will hopefully mean I get back to fighting fit as soon as possible.
