Dr Bakshi has a very pleasant, informative manner getting to the heart of the issue/problem quickly and efficiently. His explanations of the "how and why " were clear, understandable and without any preamble. He kindly sent me various information sheets to further clarify the condition and research being done or already completed to supplement his diagnosis and explanation. I am very happy to recommend him to those seeing help with allergic reactions.

The booking of the appointment at the outset was just brilliant. Joanna, the secretary was wonderful, so helpful in squeezing us in as I felt she really understood how worried I was about my son. She acted quickly and offered to text the dr even though he was on holiday to ensure he could squeeze the extra appointment in. I felt so relieved. Dr Bala was wonderful with Buddy, very calm, gentle and e planned everything so well. I felt he checked Buddy thoroughly and it some back up X-rays in to ensure we were on the right track. Excellent service, thank you!!
