I had an excellent experience during my recent consultation with Dr Bakshi. The Doctor was incredibly attentive and thorough taking the time to listen to all my concerns and answer all my questions. Very good professionalism, genuine care left me reassured and gave me next steps for my treatment. I highly recommend Dr Bakshi and their team for anyone seeking top-notch medical care.

The booking of the appointment at the outset was just brilliant. Joanna, the secretary was wonderful, so helpful in squeezing us in as I felt she really understood how worried I was about my son. She acted quickly and offered to text the dr even though he was on holiday to ensure he could squeeze the extra appointment in. I felt so relieved. Dr Bala was wonderful with Buddy, very calm, gentle and e planned everything so well. I felt he checked Buddy thoroughly and it some back up X-rays in to ensure we were on the right track. Excellent service, thank you!!
