Not one to box tick but looks at the patient as a whole and works out the best steps forward rather than feeling like you are just number). Always on hand to answer questions or look at ways to make you more at ease and comfortable with any procedures or medication. I was very nervous at the start of my consultation but Dr Sehmi soon helped me to relax. He was welcoming and professional.

Dr Opel is knowledgable, engaging and understanding. She has run comprehensive tests and has reassured me about the outcome and forward plan. She is easy to talk to and explains everything explicitly.

Dr Mort asked pertinent questions and didn't limit them to the symptoms I was presenting. He enquired into my general health and lifestyle. He suggested several simple lifestyle and office changes which would help, reassured me that I had a known condition which was benign and sent a request to my GP to assist when I had an (unrelated to my query) attack. My relief at knowing what was wrong and the alterations to my life have, so far, kept the problem I went to him for, away, although the attacks I was getting were intermittent. I felt it was a very helpful consultation.
