My experiences of OneWelbeck have been wholly positive. I have had several consultations, an MRI scan and surgery there and throughout it all I was welcomed by a friendly team who took time to explain things to me. Everyone that I have met there has been professional and friendly, and the whole experience made me feel in very safe hands.

My overall experience was fantastic as soon as I walked in I was instantly created with warmth. Everyone I spoke to was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I was also seen to very quickly even though I arrived early.

Overall good experience, access to highly qualified consultants. For insurance purpose, would recommand invoice specify not only the doctor's name but also his speciality. Medical letter should indicate the date of the consultation.

My over all experienced with Harley Medical Group has been excellent from pre-assessment until I had my surgery. They are very accomodating in terms of appointment changes. The nurses are excellent and very reassuring. The place itself is very good in terms of cleanliness and facilities.

The experience was excellent from entering to leaving.
