Mr Rainsbury was very pleasant and understanding. He listened to what I had to say and after an examination, confirmed what I had suspected was the problem. He talked through the problem and the possible solutions. He suggested that surgery was the best solution, explaining clearly, the procedure, after care and the problems that may occur during and after the operation. There was no pressure to have the surgical procedure, it was left for me to decide and inform him of my decision after consideration.

Mr Khatwa was very friendly and informative, ensuring I had a good understanding of the synonyms and procedures through the whole process. Couldn't fault a thing.
