All staft that I came into contact with at C&W were excellent from ground floor front Reception & Administration all the way through the whole experience. Mark together with his immediate colleagues was excellent - I just didn't enjoy the actual experience of the procedure but I can't imagine that anyone else does either......that's why it's 4 out of 5 stars as it's so unpleasant. I had a great experience with Professor Sandhu. I never felt rushed or unheard as he would always take the time to explain his opinion/findings, as well as the options available to me. He would also ensure any questions I had were answered in the appointment before any decision on next steps were made. We built trust very quickly considering when I first met with him I was quite nervous about my condition and what lay ahead. But he always reassured me and not by way of overpromising any particular outcome, which felt genuine and honest. The surgery was a success in the end and I'm so grateful for the improvements that have been made to my overall wellbeing!
