HCA ancillary staff were excellent and friendly, putting me at ease. The one exception is that despite being fully covered by private medical insurance (incl pre-authorisation codes and competing multiple online forms and confirming details) the HCA administrative/ reception staff on arrival were overly focused on (and their primary priority is to) obtain credit card details and associated authorisation for extra procedures and tests which go beyond the scope of the referral and pre-authorisation in case suggested. The requested authorisation is open-ended and requested at a point when patients are vulnerable. The HCA admin staff were unable to explain why authorisation was required in my circumstances with full insurance coverage - all they could manage was a weak “it’s just our process”.

The staff is friendly and professional, and do their best to make you comfortable and relaxed. The communication with the patient is excellent. And Dr. Sobhani is not just an excellent dentist but takes care to explain things to you and to try to ensure your comfort. Highly recommend.

Overall, really happy with the appointments that I have had so far. From the first appointment where a detailed plan was laid out, explaining the situation and the course of action to take, through to all the follows ups so far. All the staff from reception to the periodontists themselves have always been very friendly.
