Excellent communication via emails from Dentalessence and all paperwork completed prior to appointment. Lovely warm welcome from reception team on arrival. Put at ease straight away by Dr Victoria Das who provided such good care throughout my consultation with her team, treatment included X-rays, drilling and a 🦷 extraction which all went well. 💯 confidence in Dr Victoria, can fully recommend her dentistry. On leaving the surgery Dr. Victoria gave me comprehensive discharge advice and I can report I have been pain free after the procedure. Dr Victoria thank you so much 🙏

We recently took our 6-year-old son, Sebastian, to Happy Kid’s Dental Chelsea for his very first dental visit, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and child-friendly, immediately putting both Sebastian and us at ease. Dr. Dania was exceptional. She has a remarkable way with children, and her warm, friendly demeanor made Sebastian feel comfortable and happy throughout the visit. She took the time to explain each step to him in a fun and engaging manner, which really helped alleviate any fears he had about going to the dentist. By the end of the appointment, Sebastian was all smiles and even looking forward to his next visit! At the end of our visit, Sara was incredibly helpful and organized. She made sure we had all the information we needed and went above and beyond to assist us, ensuring our overall experience was smooth and stress-free. The entire team at Happy Kid’s Dental Chelsea was professional, caring, and incredibly patient. The clinic itself is beautifully designed with kids in mind, making it a place where children can feel relaxed and enjoy their time there. The booking service, prior notification service, reception service, waiting-time, cleanliness of the establishment all get an excellent rating. The hygienist was not proficient or dexterous, was not well-presented, he did not have a good 'bedside manner', his customer care and overall performance was well below the usual standard for Riverside.
