Found the clinic to be staffed with very friendly and knowledgeable people. Mr Whu, my consultant explained everything about my problem and related to all the options that I could take. I opted for the operation and I cannot fault the work he did which has given me a very good outcome. I am very satisfied.

All good except they sent me home with dressing that were not big enough to cover the scar and after surgery I was sent to reception without accompaniment and I had to carry my own bag.

Only been twice and everything worked- from the concierge to the greeting and efficiency of the ladies who arranged the initial paperwork to ensure that everything was in order prior to seeing the specialist. Exceptionally pleasant surroundings and easily accessible car parking.

All my experiences with West Midlands Hospital have been great. The staff are friendly and helpful. There wait times were minimal and the different departments within the hospital work well together. I found all members of staff to be friendly courteous and happy to help in any way they could, even giving me a meal just prior to my leaving for home. Felt like all staff members were friends and not just Co workers.
