The main traits of Mr Singisetti that I've appreciated are his honesty, providing realistic expectations and obvious knowledge and experience. He's went above and beyond with my surgery to provide the best chance for me, when other surgeons may have proceeded with quicker but less adequate solutions for the patient. I made his job harder and endangered my own knee by choosing to initially reject and delay surgical intervention, but he graciously still done everything in his power to get me seen in a timely manner and do the best job possible given the circumstances. He's lifted a lot of anxiety I had about the future of my knee. Very polite, professional and efficient. Straight to the point and answers every question I have.

Excellent explanation of my scans and took time to go over all the relevant treatment options and what the benefits, disadvantages and outcomes could be over short, med and long term outlooks. Mr White allowed me the opportunity to express my thoughts and provided a sounding board which allowed me to come to a treatment plan that I felt part of and whilst it may not have been the solution I would have originally wanted, it was the no doubt best outcome for me to sort my issues in short and long term horizons.

Being of an elderly persuasion I have seen many good consultants over the years. Dr. Dowen , however, has a particular approachable, informative manner geared towards identifying and resolving the medical issues at hand, which indeed he did. His relaxed demeanour is overtly friendly and conversational which significantly enhances the patient/doctor relationship. Moreover his commitment in addressing matters not necessary wholly within his purview e.g. writing to other consultants and GP on my behalf, was an unexpected bonus. Without doubt overall a peerless experience.

Listened patiently and sympathetically. Undertook a careful and thorough examination. Clearly explained the findings of the x-ray and MRI scan. Discussed the management options and involved me in the decision-making. I left the consultation feeling confident with the plans for my further management.

When I completely damaged my knee, Mr Cattell got me seen very quickly, and he made it very easy to understand what he needed to do to repair my knee. He's a lovely gentleman who always checks up on his patients, and he's always booked me in for my appointment exactly when he said he would. He also explained all the options to me, like I requested, including the benefits and disadvantages of each option. He's a very good surgeon, and I have nothing but respect for him. I am very grateful for the support he's given me and continues to give me while I go through my rehab
