Very clean hospital, polite staff, good standard of meals served. I’ve been dealt with without any unnecessary delays.

Great team, and I am phobic of needles so really appreciated the care taken in the process.

All good except they sent me home with dressing that were not big enough to cover the scar and after surgery I was sent to reception without accompaniment and I had to carry my own bag.

Only been twice and everything worked- from the concierge to the greeting and efficiency of the ladies who arranged the initial paperwork to ensure that everything was in order prior to seeing the specialist. Exceptionally pleasant surroundings and easily accessible car parking.

All my experiences with West Midlands Hospital have been great. The staff are friendly and helpful. There wait times were minimal and the different departments within the hospital work well together.
