Mr Younis has been very open and honest with every detail prior to and after the surgery. He has been a angel who I feel has given my mum the chance to live longer with his work and friendly manner of dealing with her and myself on being understanding from emotional prospective to carrying out his duties as a surgeon. Mr Patel was extremely kind and thoughtful during our consultations, and my experience was hugely positive. His expertise and manner went a long way when dealing with my condition and the anxieties I had around this!

Initial consultation & procedures were dealt with well & quite quick. However, I then had to chase for a follow up, as there was still no reason identified for my diagnosis. The secretary is difficult to get hold, often no replies to emails, so followed up through Spire secretaries. Eventually got a telephone appt, but didn't get called, was then told I should have gone in-person. Next appt cancelled at short notice. Re-schedule appt the Professor didn't turn up, was then told clinic was cancelled, but had no notification, so resulted in a wasted journey. Not sure if I can now be bothered with the hassle to follow up on my health issues!
